Shipping and Returns

Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day your product ships. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

NB:- Please check your product upon delivery and also all items in your order have been received. Please email us wholesale@tinyharlow.com for any issues with your order.

Returns and Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please advise your customers of the same as shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Customer Enquiries at wholesale@tinyharlow.com and provide order number and photos of your product. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping:

These costs will now be invoiced separately just before dispatch. We ask that this is paid within 24 hours of email receipt, otherwise, we will need to cancel your order and release stock back to the website. 

Refunds:

Please read the product description carefully and check whether your item is a pre-order. 

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind. Tiny Harlow is not liable for a refund for change of mind.

Refunds are only available on damaged or faulty goods when exchange is unavailable.

Exchanges (if applicable):   

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wholesale@tinyharlow.comand we will direct further instruction.

Damaged or Faulty items: 

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty item, please contact Customer Enquiries at wholesale@tinyharlow.com and let us know the order number and send photos of the item in question.

We will then provide a free shipping return label for you to return the item, for a replacement product. 

All returns or exchanges must be posted to the address provided via email in response to return or exchange requests.

We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
  • Goods must be in original condition, unused and sent back in the original packaging
  • Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until the refund is processed. 
  • Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested item is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
  • Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items.

What defines faulty? 

Our products are handcrafted products made from rattan and cane and will have imperfections as a result and each piece is unique as a result. 

However, sometimes as is the case with all human crafted work, things can be faulty. 

  •  Manufacturing faults
  •  Split or broken rattan
  •  Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.

If screws are missing, this is not defined as faulty but human error and we can send out these by post. Drop us an email to our customer enquiries at wholesale@tinyharlow.com

Stock Availability:

While Tiny Harlow makes every attempt to ensure that the Wholesale online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock.

If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or issue a store credit.
